ExCards provides access to virtual debit cards (Visa and Mastercard brands) issued by a third-party card issuer partner. Cards are funded with USDT (Tether) on supported networks (ERC-20, TRC-20, BEP-20, Bitcoin, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, Avalanche).
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction (18+ in most countries). You must not reside in or use the cards within sanctioned countries (UN, EU, US, UK sanctions lists). Verification at card issuance.
Card price: $35 (Visa E-commerce) or $50 (Mastercard Business) in USDT. Mandatory top-up: $10 USDT (credited to card balance). Top-up fee: 3.5%. Authorization fees vary by card (see card details). No monthly fee. The card issuer may charge additional FX conversion fees depending on country and operation currency.
Card balance is custodial — held with our card issuer partner. The card price and top-up fees are non-refundable. The mandatory $10 top-up remains as spendable balance.
You may not use the card for: illegal goods or services, terrorism financing, money laundering, sanctioned-country transactions, or any purpose prohibited by Visa/Mastercard rules or applicable law. Violations result in card closure without refund.
Cryptocurrency-funded payments carry network risk, exchange rate risk, and merchant acceptance risk. Card payments depend on the operational status of the card issuer and underlying networks (Visa/Mastercard). We are not a bank.
ExCards acts as a reseller and operator of the website. Card-level liability rests with the card issuer (disclosed at card issuance). We are not liable for declined transactions, FX losses, network downtime, or merchant rejections.
These terms may be updated. Material changes will be announced via our app.excards.io at least 7 days before taking effect.
