Crypto card for Notion and Figma: pay your work subscriptions
Notion and Figma bill a card, so the route is a virtual ExCards Visa or Mastercard that you top up with any crypto. For a personal Notion plan or one Figma seat, Visa E-commerce usually fits: payments from $1 carry no authorization fee. All three cards pay online, pass 3D Secure and work with Apple Pay and Google Pay. For a work subscription the difference is what each payment and each top-up costs you, and how much the bill grows when the team grows.

A personal Notion plan or one Figma seat: Visa E-commerce. A monthly charge above $1 costs only the 3D Secure check, and the card has no daily or monthly cap.
A yearly plan for a small team: Visa Universe. When the annual bill runs to a few hundred dollars, the lower top-up fee (2% against 3.5%) outweighs the flat $0.50 per payment.
A company workspace that keeps adding people: Mastercard Business, if the same card also pays for other company tools and you need higher limits.
None of this guarantees that a payment is approved. That decision belongs to Notion's and Figma's payment processing and card checks.
What the Notion and Figma help centers say
We read the official help pages of both services on 14.10.2026. We have not made test payments, so below is what the services state, not our experience.
- Notion takes debit and credit cards. On the web you can pay with a card or Apple Pay, and Stripe processes the payments. In the Android app payments are not possible; plans bought through the App Store or Google Play are managed there. Prepaid cards are not mentioned either way. - Notion charges upfront and per member. You pay at the start of each month or year; adding a member to a paid workspace is billed for the rest of the period, and each paid workspace is billed separately. How to pay for Notion or Figma, step by step
- Issue the card. Sign up at app.excards.io, pass the light passport check and choose a card. The card price is paid once, at issuance. The virtual card is ready within 10 minutes after verification.
- Top up with any crypto. This is a separate step after the card is issued: send USDT, BTC, ETH or another supported coin to your deposit address. The first top-up is at least 10 USDT, and the top-up fee of your card is taken from each top-up. Put on the card a little more than the plan with tax.
- Add the card to the service. Notion: open Settings, then Billing, and click Edit method next to the payment method (you need to be the workspace owner). Figma: open the file browser, click Admin, then the Settings tab, and under Billing choose Payment details, enter the card and click Use this card. Enter the billing address you actually live at: both services calculate tax from it.
- Confirm the payment. If a 3D Secure window opens, complete it right away. After that, renewals and charges for new members go to the same card while there is money on it.

Do not press "pay" over and over. On Visa E-commerce a $0.80 surcharge applies if more than 10% of the card's payments are declined. If the service charges in a currency other than USD, the issuer converts at its rate, which can include a markup of up to 2%; where Figma lets you choose, USD avoids the conversion.
