10 USDT mandatory top-up at issuance. This amount is credited to the card balance and is spendable — it is not a fee.
3.5% on the gross top-up amount, applied to both cards. Example: a 100 USDT top-up results in 96.50 USDT credited to the card balance.
$0.10 per authorization on transactions under $1.00. Free authorization on transactions $1.00 and above. $0.03 per 3D Secure authentication. $0.80 surcharge applies if your card-level decline rate exceeds 10% within a rolling window (anti-abuse fee).
Flat $0.50 per authorization. No tiered structure. 3D Secure is included in this fee.
When the merchant settles in a currency different from USD, the card issuer applies an FX conversion at the issuer's reference rate. The rate may include a markup of up to 2% over the interbank rate. The exact rate is shown on each transaction statement.
There is no monthly fee, no inactivity fee, no maintenance fee.
Card price, top-up fee, and authorization fees are non-refundable. The mandatory 10 USDT remains on the card balance and is spendable. Declined transactions automatically return funds to the card balance.
Blockchain network fees (gas) for sending USDT to your top-up address are paid by you to the network. These are not received by ExCards.
A virtual card can be reissued at the card price (35 or 50 USDT) if the existing card is permanently lost, leaked, or expired.
Each transaction record in your app shows: gross amount, fee, net amount, FX rate (if applicable). Monthly statement available as CSV export.
Fee changes are announced via app.excards.io at least 30 days before taking effect.
