To issue a virtual card, we collect: passport scan (light KYC), country of residence, email, USDT wallet address. We do not store biometric data (no selfie, no liveness scan).
Identity verification (KYC) for card issuance through our card issuer partner. Transaction processing. Anti-fraud monitoring. Customer support.
KYC documents are retained as required by the card issuer's compliance obligations (typically 5–7 years after card closure, depending on jurisdiction).
We share data with: the card issuer (to issue and process the card), KYC providers (to verify identity), payment networks (Visa/Mastercard). We do not sell data to advertisers.
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data via app.excards.io. Deletion is subject to legal retention requirements.
