This page is a working draft. Premium tier is offered case-by-case to qualifying users — there is no public price list at this time.

1. Who premium is for

High-volume business spenders (advertising agencies, trading desks, agencies with contractor payroll), customers with operational complexity that needs hands-on support, or partners onboarding teams of users at once.

2. What premium adds

Dedicated point of contact in support (not the shared support queue). Priority response — typical 15-minute first-response window in business hours. Higher per-transaction and monthly limits on Mastercard Business, subject to additional source-of-funds documentation. White-glove onboarding for a team rollout.

3. What premium does not add

Premium users get the same Visa and Mastercard products as standard users — same compliance posture, same network rules, same chargeback rights. Premium is a service-level upgrade, not a different card product.

4. Pricing

There is no monthly fee for premium status today. We may introduce a fee structure in the future. Eligibility is determined by past volume or partnership status.

5. How to apply

Contact app.excards.io with "premium" or "VIP" at the start of the message. Include rough monthly card volume and the type of use case. Response within 2 business days.
