Crypto card for Suno and ElevenLabs: pay for AI music and voice
Suno and ElevenLabs bill a card, so the route is a virtual ExCards Visa or Mastercard that you top up with any crypto. For a monthly plan, Visa E-commerce usually fits: payments from $1 carry no authorization fee. Add the card at checkout on suno.com or on the ElevenLabs Subscription page and confirm 3D Secure when asked.
Which card fits Suno and ElevenLabs
All three cards pay online, pass 3D Secure and work with Apple Pay and Google Pay. For a music or voice subscription the difference is what each payment and each top-up costs you.
| Visa Universe | Visa E-commerce | Mastercard Business | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Card price (one-time, at issuance) | 29 USDT | 35 USDT | 50 USDT |
| Top-up fee | 2% | 3.5% | 3.5% |
| Fee per payment (authorization) | $0.50 flat | Free from $1, plus $0.03 per 3D Secure check | $0.50 flat, 3D Secure included |
| Online payments and 3D Secure | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Apple Pay and Google Pay | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Limit per payment | $1,000,000 | $20,000 | $250,000 |
A personal Suno or ElevenLabs plan: Visa E-commerce. The monthly charge and small add-on credit packs cost only the 3D Secure check, and the card has no daily or monthly cap.
A large yearly plan or regular big credit purchases: Visa Universe. When you put a few hundred dollars a month on the card, the lower top-up fee (2% against 3.5%) outweighs the flat $0.50 per payment.
A studio or team account: Mastercard Business, if the same card also covers other company spending and you need higher limits.
None of this guarantees that a payment is approved. That decision belongs to Suno's and ElevenLabs' payment processing and card checks.
What the Suno and ElevenLabs help centers say
We read the official help pages of both services on 14.10.2026. We have not made test payments, so below is what the services state, not our experience.
- Suno takes cards from the major networks. Credit and debit cards on Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted. Stablecoins, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Cash App Pay are offered only in some regions. Prepaid cards are not mentioned either way. Source: What types of payments are accepted?, checked 14.10.2026.
- Suno charges in several currencies, USD and EUR among them, and plans bought through the iOS or Android app are paid through the App Store or Google Play. Source: the same payment article, checked 14.10.2026.
- The Suno card is changed through Stripe. On suno.com/account choose Update Payment in your subscription details; the option is only visible while you are subscribed. App subscribers change payment in the App Store or Google Play. Source: How do I change my billing details?, checked 14.10.2026.
- Extra Suno credits are a separate payment. Pro and Premier credits refill once a month on the purchase date; more can be bought under Buy More Credits on suno.com/account while you are subscribed. Source: What happens if I use all of my paid credits?, checked 14.10.2026.
- ElevenLabs is cautious about prepaid cards. It accepts credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and UPI (India only). Prepaid cards are "not something we directly support": the card issuer or Stripe may block such payments, so trying one is at your own risk. An ExCards card spends the balance you topped up in advance, and how ElevenLabs' processor classifies it we cannot know in advance. Source: What kind of payment is accepted?, checked 14.10.2026.
- ElevenLabs bills in USD everywhere except India, and names three reasons for a failed payment: the payment was not verified by the cardholder, the card issuer declined it, or there were not enough funds. Source: ElevenLabs billing, checked 14.10.2026.
How to pay for Suno or ElevenLabs, step by step
- Issue the card. Sign up at app.excards.io, pass the light passport check and choose a card. The card price is paid once, at issuance. The virtual card is ready within 10 minutes after verification.
- Top up with any crypto. This is a separate step after the card is issued: send USDT, BTC, ETH or another supported coin to your deposit address. The first top-up is at least 10 USDT, and the top-up fee of your card is taken from each top-up. Put on the card a little more than the plan you are buying.
- Add the card to the service. Suno: pick a plan on suno.com and enter the card on the checkout page; later the card is changed under Update Payment on suno.com/account. ElevenLabs: open the Subscription page, choose Manage billing information, then Add payment method under Payment Methods. Enter the billing address you actually live at.
- Confirm the payment. If a 3D Secure window opens, complete it right away. After that, renewals charge the same card while there is money on it.
Paying for Suno inside the iPhone or Android app goes through your Apple ID or Google account, not through Suno. How that works is on the App Store and Google Play pages.
Common declines and what to do
| What you see | Likely reason | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Card declined on the first payment | Balance below the charge: on Visa Universe and Mastercard Business each payment also costs $0.50 | Top up with a margin and try once more |
| Payment stuck, then declined | The 3D Secure check was not finished; ElevenLabs lists an unverified payment as a failure reason | Retry and complete the confirmation without closing the window |
| ElevenLabs refuses the card whatever you do | The payment processor or the card issuer blocked it; ElevenLabs warns this can happen with prepaid cards | Stop retrying, try another of the three cards or write to @excards_bot |
| No Update Payment button in Suno | The plan was bought in the mobile app, or the subscription is no longer active | Change the card in the App Store or Google Play, or subscribe again on suno.com |
| Add-on credits will not go through | Not enough on the card, or the Suno plan has ended | Top up first; Suno sells add-on credits for use while you are subscribed |
| The amount differs from the price you saw | The charge was made in a currency other than USD | Check the currency on the checkout page before you pay |
Do not press "pay" over and over. On Visa E-commerce a $0.80 surcharge applies if more than 10% of the card's payments are declined. If the service charges in a currency other than USD, the issuer converts at its rate, which can include a markup of up to 2%. Where cards are available at all is on the geo restrictions page.
Frequently asked questions
Can I pay for Suno with crypto?
Suno's help center says stablecoin payments are available only in some regions. Everywhere else Suno charges a card, so you top up an ExCards card with crypto and pay with the card. Whether a particular payment goes through is decided by Suno's payment processing, so no card can promise it.
Which ExCards card is best for a Suno or ElevenLabs subscription?
For a monthly plan, Visa E-commerce usually fits best: payments from $1 carry no authorization fee, only $0.03 for a 3D Secure check, and the card has no daily or monthly cap. Visa Universe has the lowest top-up fee, 2%, which pays off on large yearly plans.
Does ElevenLabs accept prepaid cards?
ElevenLabs says prepaid cards are not something it directly supports and that the card issuer or Stripe may block such payments, so using one is at your own risk. An ExCards card spends a balance topped up in advance. How the processor classifies it is decided on their side, so the result cannot be promised. If the card is refused, try another of the three cards.
Why can't I change the card in my Suno account?
According to Suno, the Update Payment option on suno.com/account is visible only while you are subscribed, and plans bought in the iOS or Android app are managed in the App Store or Google Play. In that case the card is changed in your Apple ID or Google account.
Why was I charged by ElevenLabs after I cancelled?
ElevenLabs cancels a subscription at the end of the current billing cycle. If you cancel after a new cycle has already started, that cycle runs to its end. Cancel a few days before the renewal date, and keep the card topped up until then.
Is identity verification needed to get the card?
Yes. KYC is required for every ExCards card: a light passport check by the card issuer partner plus sanctions screening. The virtual card is issued within 10 minutes after verification is approved.
